You placed an order with us in our online shop and now want to return an item? No problem!
1. Please send use an email at email@example.com with your complete name, adress, data of purchse, product you have purchased and reason for return.
2. You will then receive from us a returns label. Attach the returns label to the parcel and take it to your nearest drop off or post office.
3. Once we have received your return, you will receive a confirmation email and we will arrange a refund as soon as possible.
When and how do I get my money back?
The purchase amount will be refunded to you via the originally selected payment method within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the goods.
You will receive a confirmation by email as soon as the refund has been paid out.
How long do I have to return an item?
The return period is 30 days from delivery of the goods. You can find all the details about our right of withdrawal.
Who bears the costs for returns?
Returns from Germany are free of charge. For returns from other EU countries, UK, Switzerland, United States of America and Australia, the return costs must be paid by the customer.
How can I exchange an item?(e.g. other size or colour)
For a quick and easy refund, please return the item as described and order the new replacement item separately in the online shop.
