Exchange and return

You have ordered from our online store and now want to return an item? No problem!

Write us an email to info@chunigula-mexfashion.com with the following information: Name, first name, address, date of purchase, product details, reason for return.

After that you will receive your return label from us for an uncomplicated return.

Attach the return label to the package and take it to the nearest packing station or post office.

After we have received your return, we will refund the purchase price as soon as possible.

The return period is 30 days from the date of delivery of the goods. You can find all details about our return policy here.

Returns from Germany are free of charge. For returns from other EU countries as well as Switzerland and the United Kingdom, the return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

How can I exchange an item? (e.g. other size or color)

For a simple and fast processing, we ask you in this case also to return the corresponding item as described and to order the replacement item separately in the online store.
